Wishing all my new and long standing customers a very happy new year. A big thank you to everyone who made this December a record month and Christmas week the busiest ever to date. As you can imagine as fantastic as it was I really was in need of my week off to recharge my batteries. Thank you once again for all the lovely gifts they are very much appreciated and I am forever touched by your consistent generosity.
I would like to also apologize to any customer who may have found me a little frayed around the edges in the build up to Christmas. As I said it was the busiest on record and due to a glitch with my health in November, I did feel that I was running on all cylinders with no back up system.
I must say this Christmas showed an amazing increase in the purchase of men’s gift pamper packages. I have always felt that it is down to us ladies to get these guys into salons as there is so much to offer for men’s personal grooming and well being.
On the down side it was also a record time for no shows and last minute cancellations. I must stress that this really is not fair on other customers who loose out on an appointment to see me and also it is not fair on me as this incurs great financial losses. As you all know the company policy regarding cancellations is stated on all company documentation and unfortunately I will now have to start enforcing this. I feel that I have been fair and do take in to consideration that there are extreme situations that arise and can’t be helped and these genuine incidents show themselves by customers who offer to pay the 50% or in some cases the full amount.
I will therefore at my discretion be taking credit card details for all new customers to secure bookings and of any customer who has a history of more than 2 no shows which are documented.
I will as always offer value for money, fantastic treatments and customer care.
Keep a look out for offers throughout the year. Valentines, mother’s day etc…
